Kandice Cohen is the Director of Electrification of Heat for Trane Technologies, responsible for developing and executing on Trane's strategy to deliver customers solutions to support their needs around sustainability, decarbonization, and the electrification of heat. Before her current position at Trane she was Director of Lighting Strategy and Commercialization Strategy Leader there. She was also Vice President of Healthcare Sales at Acuity Brands and National Business Development Manager for Eaton Lighting. She has a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University.
