Jamie Peterson is a Real Estate Manager who oversees day-to-day operations for a 1 million sq. ft. Class A portfolio of office buildings and a life science building in Seattle, WA. Jamie has experience in multiple asset types including, industrial, suburban office, and Class A high rise office. She previously managed and worked with the client and developer to open a 48-story high-rise located in the Central Business District of Seattle. Jamie has since grown to manage a portfolio of Amazon-leased Class A office buildings in the South Lake Union neighborhood and supported the repositioning and lease-up of a life science building in the Belltown neighborhood. Jamie is a driven and dedicated manager with a natural ability to build strong relationships with her team, tenants, and clients. She is a passionate coach and mentor who is well-known in the Seattle market for training and employee development. Jamie is a goal-oriented leader, who strives to create exceptional outcomes.
