Megan Tucciarelli is the Director of Customer Experience at Link Logistics, where she leads a dedicated team focused on driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to the firm’s key customers. Prior to joining Link in 2021, Megan spent 15 years with EastGroup Properties, as the Senior Property Manager overseeing the company’s industrial portfolio in the Orlando market. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and currently serves as Chair of the BOMA International Industrial Committee.
