Holly’s career in the professional development space is a diverse one with experiences across corporate, post-secondary and non-profit environments. In her current role as Executive Director for the Commercial Real Estate Certification Institute, Holly continues to advocate for professional growth and the value of certifications within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. In her prior role as Chief Learning Officer at BOMI International, Holly was committed to career and skills growth through a variety of learning modalities to include online instructor-led and classroom programs as well as high stakes designation testing. Holly’s strength lies in creating a vision and partnering with key stakeholders to execute strategy to influence professional development thought leadership and meet the needs of rapidly changing learning and organizational cultures. With a rich career in L&D roles at Marriott International, as an adjunct faculty at Anne Arundel Community College as well as an independent learning consultant, Holly’s passion has always been about supporting others to achieve their highest potential via professional development resources and opportunities resulting in positive outcomes for both individuals and their organizations.
