Manuel "Manny" Moreno leads the oversight and strategic planning for asset management, leasing, property management, construction management, and day-to-day operations. The portfolio consists of twenty-five (25) commercial buildings totaling more than 560,000 square feet, and two residential vacation properties. Moreno is actively involved in the California BOMA communities and chapters, serving in several leadership capacities over the previous 16 years. Currently Mr. Moreno serves on the BOMA International Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the CRECI Board of Managers, and the BOMA International Executive Committee. Moreno was the Subcommittee Chair for the BOMA International Leading in Partnership with Local Associations, Corporate Members, and Other Groups from 2020-2021.
