Margaret is local BOMA Baltimore President for the 2022 – 2023 term and has been active with BOMA for over 10 years most recently as Second VP and Programs Chair. She oversees a portfolio of Medical Office as well as Commercial Office Buildings consisting of over 620k SF for Luminis Health in Annapolis, Maryland. Margaret and her team manage all operations and leasing for the portfolio and have continued doing so in person for most of the Covid-19 pandemic. Consistently pivoting operations to accommodate protocols and keep tenants and visitors safe with minimal cost increases has become essential operations in this process. Previously, she managed 100 Light Street in Baltimore and during that time she oversaw all operations and security- including the time period of civil unrest in 2015. Margaret is currently pursuing an MBA in Public & Private Sector Leadership at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
