Her career as a director at Barcelona Municipal Services (B:SM), a Barcelona City Council company, began in 2002, when this special entity was created. Since the beginning she has held various positions such as general manager of marketing, sales and customer service manager. Rosa then moved to Tibidabo; she is running the amusement park for more than 13 years along with the facilities of the Barcelona Olympic Ring like Palau Sant Jordi. "
