Geert started his professional career with his own communication agency and afterwards he worked for ‘Mediahuis’ in sales & marketing and as event&sales manager in the venue “Ethias Arena”. He started to work for WeAreOne.world (Tomorrowland) 10 years ago. Together with a fantastic team of people he is responsible for all the facets that are related to the visitor and the visitor experience of the festival like ticketing, cashless & access, crew, etc. During these 10 years he started the Tomorrowland Travel Programm ‘Global Journey ‘, it started with 1.000 travellers and 5 years later there are more than 32.000 people who travel to Tomorrowland.
