World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA)


Janet Ho joined the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) in 2018 as the Director of Membership where she is responsible for developing and leading the global association's membership growth and maintenance strategy. She graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong. Before she joined WAZA, Ho worked at Ocean Park Hong Kong as an Education Officer and Management Trainee, where she gained valuable experience in environmental education and zoo/theme park operations. She later joined the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation as an Assistant Community Education Manager.
