Elina has almost 15 years of experience in HR. 4,5 years in amusement park area as an HR director and 10 years in the field of security in a multiple different HR tasks. Recruitments has been part of her responsibilty almost all of her career. Elina is graduated in adult education and organizational development and leadership from the university of Helsinki. She is passionate about developing the wellbeing, leadership and competence . She believes that continuously ensuring that everybody feels appreciated and is onboard with the same goal, will lead to organizational success.
