After 5 years of working in the 5-star hotel business Stephanie studied tourism & leisure management in Austria. After graduating she moved to Bremen to work for the company „Wissenswelten Management GmbH“. This company takes care of the management for several brands and museums. One of the customers is the Hachez Chocoversum Gmbh – a chocolate museum in the center of Hamburg, where Stephanie works as managing director.
