Uchenna T.E. Okoye, PE has 15 years experience as a project manager, structural engineer, general contractor, and business consultant. He has typically worked on healthcare, large scale residential, and higher education projects using Lean Principles and Integrated Project Delivery contracts. He has pioneered the use of integrated steel delivery systems on projects throughout the United States. He serves as the Training and Professional Development Chair on the Autodesk Black Network ERG. He has served as the education and training chair of the Lean Construction Institute, Northern California Community of Practice, responsible for coordinating, presenting, and facilitating training events all over the San Francisco Bay Area. He has also served as Co-Chair of the NCSEA Basic Education Committee. He received his BS and MS in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics at Stanford University. His prides himself on driving true integration of people, processes, and technology.
