Brian John Morales is the founder and CEO of Pro-Cal Lighting Inc. located in Vista California. Brian leads his company as the chief visionary for its culture and growth as a small business. Due to his success as a small business owner and leader, Brian has become a national spokesman for small business and minority entrepreneurs. In 2019 he was requested by the House of Representatives’ Committee on Small Business to testify in front of the Subcommittee on Contracting and Infrastructure. That same year he was named a finalist for the 2019 Lew Shattuck Small Business Advocate of the Year Award and was awarded Corporate Philanthropist of the Year from a local non-profit. Having tremendous success as a small business owner himself, he has been able to mentor and inform several industries on how best to grow their companies and work with small disadvantaged businesses. Brian attributes all his success to the Grace of God and so routinely, he commits to communicating that message. His company was started at the end of 2014 with only two employees and today employs over 100 people with projects all over California. Pro-Cal Lighting currently leads the industry in lighting services through innovation and design, yet its key differentiator is the people that work there. Brian has created a culture of professional success through integrity and corporate philanthropy. This focus on social capitalism has enabled the company and its staff to support local community concerns such as homelessness, disadvantaged businesses, aging out foster youth, and victims of trafficking. Because of this approach, Pro-Cal Lighting employs amazing individuals who represent the best California has to offer.
