Katie Enkiri attended the University of Maryland in College Park, MD where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology. She began working with the National Electrical Contractors Association part-time in 2005 at the Association headquarters in Bethesda, MD where she had the opportunity to work within the several departments becoming acquainted with the many services NECA offers its member companies. In 2015, she joined the Association full-time and relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 2016 to accept the role as Executive Director for the North Florida Chapter of NECA. While at the Chapter, she has worked with a team of contractor members and training directors and has collaborated with the IBEW to develop strategies to attract new talent into our industry.
