Nic Bittle is the founder of Work Force Pro and works with contractors and organizations who want to build a successful team that works together.   He does this in a variety of ways.  Through presentations and workshops, through books he has written and tools he has developed and most importantly by rolling up his sleeves and digging deep into the real issues his clients face with their team.     As a result of his work his clients will tell you they have a team that communicates at a higher level, and performs at their best on a daily basis.  Nic is the author of 4 books, multiple performance improvement curriculums and lives in Corn, Oklahoma with his wife Tarina and two children Elle & Cruze.
