In her role as Director within Alight’s Product and Technology Practice, Jill focuses on leveraging data to drive insight, action and results. She is responsible for leading Alight’s Automation Center of Excellence and delivering data driven intelligent automation solutions that transform the consumer experience. Jill has spent her career focused on business process transformation. Prior to her current role, she was a leader in quality, analytics and automation within Alight’s service delivery area. Jill spends her time today partnering with clients and business leaders on their automation transformation Her most recent accomplishment included leading a design thinking session to reimagine how payroll is performed. This resulted in pending patent Artificial Intelligence product unlike any other in the market today. Jill is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma with expertise in continuous improvement methods, design thinking and customer journey mapping techniques for driving innovation Jill holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as holistic health coach.
