Mike Latessa is a Laser Application Specialist at Lincoln Electric. Mike has held various roles throughout his 32 years at Lincoln Electric with most of his career spent developing welding procedures for customer applications. Prior to joining the Laser Applications Group in 2011, Mike was a technologist in arc welding applications. Throughout his 10 years in the Laser Applications Group, Mike has developed a number of revolutionary customer solutions and patents around wire-based laser processing.
