Allison K. Giddens worked for Win-Tech, a small business AS9100-certified manufacturer, outside of Atlanta, Georgia for 14 years before purchasing the company from its founder in 2020. She has degrees in Psychology, Manufacturing Leadership, Cybersecurity, and Conflict Management, and is passionate about workforce development.
