Vincent Bozzone is the president of Delta Dynamics Incorporated, a consulting firm that helps job shops improve efficiency and profitability. He has over 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies and job shops. He has written three books on job shop management, several articles for trade magazines, and a chapter in the Handbook of Organizational Consultation. Bozzone earned an MBA from Columbia University. He lives in Clarkston, Michigan.
