Mike has been in surface finishing since 1977 with groups like Schlage Lock (Allegion), Gamco (Delta Faucet) and Sunspring. Currently, Mike is part of the Application Engineering group for Norton/Saint-Gobain as a Surface Finishing and Robotics Application Engineer and a leader of the new Abrasive Process Solutions team for SGA.
