Nick Steinbach, Safety Coordinator/Feed Department Manager for Two Rivers Cooperative in Pella, Iowa. Nick graduated from St. Ambrose University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics with a concentration in Agri-business. Nick has been involved in safety-regulatory-compliance and feed with Two Rivers Cooperative since 2005. Nick’s goal as the safety director is to educate and empower the employees of Two Rivers Cooperative to work in a safe, productive and effective manner. As the Feed Department Manager the goal is to work towards profitability and supply the customer with a safe, quality feed that performs and allows the producer to work towards their profitably. Nick serves on the board of the Midwest Ag Safety Directors Association and is involved in planning the yearly Ag Safety Directors leadership conference. Nick is also actively involved in the Greater Iowa GEAPS chapter along with the Iowa Ag Safety Directors Association and Marion County (Iowa) Local Emergency Planning Committee. As a father of five children and grandfather of two, Nick enjoys spending time with family in his free time. As a native of Chicago, Illinois he is an avid Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks fan.
