Jim is the owner/consultant of Gales Design & Consulting and has been doing this for over 12 years. He has also been involved with local cooperative management (M&M Coop and High Plains/Horizon Coop) for over 22 years. Jim is also a fulltime Department Manager for CHS Inc. for close to 11 years. His areas of expertise include construction, safety, project management and facility planning/design. He holds a degree in math/physics from South Dakota State University, as well as a Project Management Professional certificate.
