Debra Saturley is senior manager, Learning and Development at USG Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s learning and development strategy, designing training programs that enable employees to drive business results and fostering USG’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Saturley joined USG in 2019 and brings over 25 years of experience from industries including consumer goods, telecommunications, staffing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Her areas of expertise include management and leadership development, professional development, talent management, culture, diversity and inclusion, coaching and communication. Debra holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and is certified in Articulate Storyline, MBTI, TKI, Situational Leadership II, and Gallup Strengths. She uses her engaging facilitation style to create an effective and positive experience for participants at all levels within organizations. Outside of work, Debra enjoys professional speaking, swimming and spending time with her family and friends.
