Noreen Cleary is Chief Human Resources Officer, USG Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for the Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Services, and Environmental, Health & Safety functions. Cleary joined USG in 2016 as Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits and Corporate Services. She brings more than 33 years of experience in the human resources field, including expertise in executive compensation and benefits, labor relations and performance management. Prior to USG, Cleary held leadership roles at Integrys Business Support, Komatsu America Corp., Brunswick Corporation, Ivex Packaging Corporation and Georgia Pacific Corporation. Cleary holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, as well as a graduate degree in public health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She serves as a board member of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago and lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and son.
