Tom Meighen is the Director of Risk Management for the Chesapeake Region Safety Council (CRSC). He is the former Commissioner of Labor and Industry for the State of Maryland and was successful in having Voluntary Protection Programs codified as law in MD during his tenure. He has well over 30 years of risk management related experience in the private sector.
