James Wade is currently the Director of Safety at Consumers Energy. Prior to this position, he was the management lead of the Safety Culture Team at Consumers Energy, a group of company representatives to develop, manage and sustain a world-class safety culture. Mr. Wade brings 20 years of utility industry experience to his role and has experienced a broad spectrum of safety programs and training.
