Renée is the EHS Director of Corporate Strategy and Communications for the Mosaic Company. She has a Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a MBA from the University of South Florida. Renée began her career in Central Florida phosphate mining operations and over a 20 year career has added salt and potash mining experience. Renee transitioned into Environmental, Health, & Safety in 2018 with Mosaic bringing an operational perspective to strategy and program development in EHS. Renée also serves on the Advisory Board for Michigan Technological University’s Mining Engineering Program.
