Gary has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients navigate esoteric regulatory and investigative matters in the Government, Health and other sectors. He currently assisting scores government and commercial clients in connection with the recovery and retention of funds related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Gary advises clients on strategies to maximize their overall receipt of relief funds, evaluating current compliance in the evolving regulatory landscape and assisting recipients prepare for regulatory scrutiny related to the permanent retention of American Rescue Plan Act funds, CARES Act funds, FEMA awards and other pandemic relief funding sources. He specializes on the end-to-end grant management life cycle including program development, compliant deployment of funds and monitoring funding for compliance with federal and local regulations while mitigating fraud, waste and abuse.
