Mr. Jon Ortiz is the Team Lead of the Do Not Pay Outreach and Business Processes staff within the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Do Not Pay Business Center. Jon currently leads his team regarding the Do Not Pay State Initiative provides oversight and engagement with State Agencies regarding the capabilities and importance of utilizing Do Not Pay for the prevention, reduction, and elimination of improper payments related to federally funded state-administered programs. Jon has over 17 years of Federal Government experience and has held various roles throughout the bureau. Jon obtained his Master of Science in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management New Mexico Highlands University.
