Holly is a 10-year veteran of managing fraud, chargebacks and payments in ticketing. She has designed, implemented and managed counter-fraud processes leading to success stories for arenas, theaters, pro sports and college athletics organizations. Holly is a passionate advocate for collaboration and has spearheaded efforts across organizations, working with law enforcement towards arrests/convictions and the collapse of multi-million dollar fraud rings. She is a live music fanatic, die-hard Philadelphia football fan as well as an active member of the Merchant Risk Council and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
