Joe Segilia is the General Counsel of Terra Tech Corp., the country's first publicly-traded cannabis company, where he oversees the company’s legal department, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, regulatory compliance and government relations. Prior to joining Terra Tech, he was a partner at a boutique New York City law firm where he represented several cannabis clients. Joe has a JD from NYU Law and an LLM from University College London.
