Dana Warren is a Vice President with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and is responsible for oversight of the Bank’s corporate real estate services strategy including operations, capital planning and tenant leasing. Over the past 10 years Dana has served the Federal Reserve System at a national level as a member of the administrative services leadership committee and has had the opportunity to serve as chair of both the facilities and law enforcement subcommittees. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Dana served as a Vice President and General Manager with CBRE New England and held a variety of positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and Compass Management and Leasing. His experience includes both high-rise and portfolio property management as well as corporate facility management and international client business development. Included among Dana’s achievements during his career are his contributions to multiple LEED EB certifications; development of sustainable, energy efficient, cost reduction strategies; development of the annual Boston High-rise Expense Report; and contributions to numerous industry and association programs and initiatives including BOMA Boston’s Emerging Professionals, Sustainability, Membership, Engineering, and Charitable Benefit committees. Dana served as the 2010 BOMA Boston president, a director on the BOMA Boston Board, a founding member of Boston’s Sustainability Leadership Forum, and is an executive board member of A Better City. He was recognized as the 2015 BOMA Boston Executive of the Year and serves his local community as a member of the Topsfield finance committee. Dana earned a BS degree in finance from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Hartford, is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, and has earned the USGBC LEED Accredited Professional, BOMA Real Property Administrator, and FPA Certified Financial Planner designations.
