Portia Mount brings over 25+ years of experience in marketing, go-to-market strategy and business transformation for Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. She founded Mount Creative, LLC, a boutique fractional CMO and executive coaching advisory to provide marketing, business strategy and executive coaching services to mid-market industrials, non-profit organizations and professional services companies. Portia’s held executive leadership and GM roles in B2B marketing at Topcoder (NYSE: WIT), Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), Ingersoll Rand (NYSE: IR), and Center for Creative Leadership as well as senior executive roles at Edelman Public Relations and Burson-Marsteller. Portia’s expert at building and scaling B2B brands, and transforming marketing teams from tactical cost centers into growth engines for business. She is passionate about leveraging cross-functional collaboration to solve complex business problems and unlock business growth. Beyond the boardroom, she is dedicated to empowering women, Black and leaders of color to ascend to and stay in leadership positions. As a certified executive coach, she guides senior leaders to align their personal brands and deepest values with their professional ambitions, to foster personal and professional growth. She works with executive teams to lead transformational change and create performance cultures that do extraordinary work.
