Lindy has served the real estate industry for over 17 years as a Real Estate Tax Associate, Design Coordinator, and as a Property Manager for various Chicagoland Office, Industrial, Medical and Retail properties. She has managed a variety of staff members, teaching them all the processes and programs that will make them successful. Currently Lindy and her team manage over 7 million square feet at CenterPoint Property. She is continually striving to adhere to tenant needs, creating a team environment, while attaining ownership’s main goal of attaining highest ROI possible while complimenting CenterPoint’s Asset Management Team Core Values. Additionally, she participates on various committees to improve processes locally and nationally. Lindy has held her IL Managing Broker’s License since 2004, acquired her LEED AP in 2010 and has LEED certified several buildings throughout the US. Lindy is an accounting graduate at the University of IL-Champaign/Urbana and is the Chair of the Emerging Leaders at BOMA Suburban Chicago.
