Eric Tilden joined Cushman & Wakefield Sustainability Services as a Senior Project Manager in June of 2017, and rose to Associate Director after his first year with the company. Eric is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and has collaborated with project teams across the country on a wide variety of projects and building types in all aspects of building life cycle. In this role with Cushman & Wakefield, Eric provides end-to-end sustainability and project management solutions to clients. This includes directing asset services teams to set and achieve superior sustainability goals, as well earn LEED and ENERGY STAR certification, providing clients with excellence in all sustainability matters and coaching management teams on best practices. He is committed to creating tangible solutions that meet the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit for all parties.
