As a multidisciplinary designer, Clayton researches trends in the design market and fashion world, then partners with teams to translate them into concept designs and communicate them to clients. He acts as a source for both ideas and technical expertise, spanning FF&E materials to green specifications. He often facilitates product research and development and manufacturer coordination, with a main emphasis on luxury retail and sustainable design. Clayton led the design of the new CallisonRTKL New York office, and was intimately involved in the process from start to finish.
