I am currently the Associate Director for Modernization & Destination Dispatch (CompassPlus) for the US & Canada. In my current role, I am responsible for shaping market strategy and providing sales support for the regions for both modernization & destination dispatch. I also provide expertise and direction on modernization products, market analysis, product portfolio, selling/pricing strategies, major modernization projects, consultant relationships and building flow analysis to help drive modernization growth in North America. I originally joined Otis in September 2001 as an entry level service account representative in the Washington DC office. I then moved through various sales positions of increasing responsibility before being appointed senior account manager for modernization in the Eastern region. In November 2010 I left Otis to join Schindler Elevator, where I was responsible for driving and supporting their destination dispatching sales across various offices in the Eastern Region. I have a MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of William and Mary.
