Christine Roarke is a senior waste planner and Certified Zero Waste Practitioner in HDR’s solid waste organization with 13 years of waste planning experience. She has managed complex waste planning projects for municipalities in Canada and the U.S. Christine’s planning projects typically include a large component of waste reduction and recycling initiatives as municipalities move towards “Zero Waste” and identifying the supporting programs and/or infrastructure required to implement waste diversion initiatives for all sectors.
