Christine Flowers is a consultant for Keep California Beautiful. She assists the organization with growing the collegiate network, developing and conducting outreach programs. She also is an environmental sciences lecturer, teaching Introduction to Environmental Science and/or Critical Thinking in the Environmental Studies Program. She also consults with fundraising and program management for the Dry Creek Conservancy in the Sacramento area to support a conservancy program called the Valley Foothill Watersheds Collaborative (VFWC). Her role is to expand the existing marketing plan for the VFWC and implement outreach, facilitate stakeholder processes and assist in transitioning VFWC to an independent nonprofit organization. Christine has a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, a Master’s degree in biological sciences and a Master’s degree in education specializing in secondary science curriculum, all from the University of Central Florida.
