Felipe Moreno has worked for the City of Phoenix for over 19 years. He has served as the Deputy Public Works Director for five years. He is responsible for contained and uncontained residential solid waste collection for over 400,000 residential customers. Felipe manages a division of over 318 staff and a budget of $65 million. During his time in Public Works, Felipe has served on two of the city's labor negotiation teams. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Resources from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, Tempe Arizona.
