Jerry came to work for the city of Fresno in December of 2000. He has worked in Public Utilities and in Development and Resource Management. Jerry work on various projects for the city. Jerry has worked on the Fulton mall plan, the downtown re-devolvement plan, the form based code adoption and the city’s 2035 general master plan. Jerry helps coordinate services and operations for the city’s Homeless Task Force, Operation Cleanup, Litter control, Residential Solid Waste services, contract negotiation, and oversight of 25 non-exclusive roll off franchises as well as 2 exclusive commercial franchises. Jerry is vice chair of the city of Fresno Labor Management Task Force. Jerry has a BS in business and an MBA from University of Phoenix. He is also an Lead faculty at the Central Valley Campus. Jerry enjoys writing and has had several articles published in Careers in Government. Jerry has been married to his high school sweetheart for the past 30 years and has two sons, two granddaughters and a grand son.
