Kelly has a background in environmental management and more than seven years of experience in the waste industry working for both government and private haulers. She has helped design and implement successful waste management programs within both sectors. At ReCollect, Kelly supports communities and private haulers around North America, resolving issues with participation, contamination and engagement. Kelly also has been awarded Waste360’s “40 under 40” this year. She joins her cohorts as today's brightest young innovators, thinkers and doers in the waste and recycling industry.
