Chelsea Gulinson

Chelsea is a research scholar at the Center for Public Health Law and Policy, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and a staff attorney at the Network for Public Health Law, Western Region Office. She graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with certificates in Health Law and Genomics & Biotechnology. Her research focuses on the opioid crisis, emergency legal preparedness, and obesity prevention.
