Jim Molnar is the Manager of Coatings R & D for Union Tank Car Company, where he has worked since 1977, and Chairman of the MARTS Protective Coatings Committee. Molnar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and is a NACE Level 3 Coating Inspector and a past chairman of NACE STG 43.
