Duane Otter is a civil engineer and researcher for the Association of American Railroads'' Transportation Technology Center, Inc. in Pueblo Colorado. He is currently leading teams for various track and structures research projects. He is active in three AREMA committees, Transportation Research Board, and several technical advisory committees.
