Mr. Kovac is a Managing Director in HFF’s Seattle office with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is a member of HFF’s national healthcare capital markets practice and specifically part of the medical office building (MOB) team. He is an advisor in the medical office capital markets business, primarily concentrated on investment advisory and joint venture equity opportunities across the United States. Mr. Kovac joined the firm in December 2014. Prior to HFF, he worked in the Medical Office Group at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Mr. Kovac also previously worked at Marcus & Millichap. He has been entirely focused on the MOB market throughout his career.
