Brett is a Consulting Manager in RSM’s National Gaming and Hospitality practice. Brett brings over 13 years of experience in finance, accounting and analytics with 5 years focused on the Gaming and Hospitality industries. During his tenure at RSM, Brett has advised clients on cage & cash operations, revenue audit staff training and implementation, policy and procedures & compliance program development, casino openings and general process improvement. Brett has also performed numerous revenue optimization projects focusing on both gaming and non-gaming related revenue centers. These engagements involved development and implementation of standard and innovative KPI’s to help clients measure success, and drive top-line growth with margin expansion. Brett’s diverse, yet specialized, background enables him to deliver holistic consulting services to RSM clients while building meaningful and lasting relationships. Brett lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Niki and enjoys playing golf and beach volleyball in his free time.
