Charles Harper is a seasoned executive and advisor to the gaming industry and currently the Senior Vice President US for NeoGames the iGaming, Sports Betting and iLottery technology & services supplier. Prior to joining NeoGames, Charles was the Senior Consultant for the Americas at Partis Solutions, providing strategic product, marketing and business development services. He has advised Social Casino publishers, iGaming supplier and operator companies, land based casinos, Sports Betting, DFS and ADW companies. Prior to joining Partis, he served as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for IGT/DoubleDown Interactive, a division of IGT, Inc. (IGT). At IGT he was responsible for the IGT Social Gaming Partner Program, as well as strategic distribution partnerships with top tier companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Facebook, business strategy for globalization, brand licensing and mobile go to market strategy and distribution. While at IGT, Charles helped found the International Social Games Association (ISGA). Charles started his career in gaming in 1999 at RealNetworks as a founder and head of Business Development for the then new RealArcade group, launching both the web site and the RealArcade client and kicking off online game publishing. He is credited as selling the first online in-game advertisement. Prior to moving to games Charles managed sales teams in the professional services, media, advertising and technology sectors as well as working in advertising.
