Todd is a consulting supervisor in RSM’s National Gaming and Hospitality Practice, specializing in serving casino enterprises across the United States. Todd serves casino, hotel, and restaurant operations in his consulting role. Todd participates in the Las Vegas office consulting practice, assisting clients with regulatory compliance efforts, co-staffs clients internal audit department needs, performs Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act/FinCEN and anti-money laundering audits, and performs other specialty audits to meet client’s needs. Todd has served as the project in-charge on numerous AML compliance programs for gaming operations across the U.S., with clients benefitting from Todd’s industry-specific experience and technical acumen in casino regulation. Such regulatory jurisdictions include, but are not limited to, the National Indian Gaming Commission, Nevada Gaming Control Board, and the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission, involving over 25 casino operations.
