Armando is the Security & Risk Manger for Valley View Casino & Hotel, where he leads a department of investigators and security officers who help cultivate the growth and the culture of exceptional guest service and safety. He has helped set these standards for the last 18 years. Armando’s experience is in the security and the risk management fields, where he is responsible for the safety and security of three million guests each year, including nearly one thousand team members. Additionally, Armando’s duties also include managing workman’s compensation and tort claims investigations.
